KITCHEN: Cleaning areas of your counter tops & wiping down all appliances. We move everything forward and clean behind things. Spot cleaning of cabinets; also cleaning of the microwave inside and out. Your stove top is cleaned as well as the top of the range hood and the top of the refrigerator. Oven or refrigerator cleaning will be added to our costs at an extra $15 when requested. We include sanitizing of sink areas, sweeping & mopping under counters, and cleaning your floors. Dishes will be loaded into the dishwasher if small amounts are left out at the time of cleaning.

DINING AREAS & FAMILY ROOMS: Our work includes: polishing of dining table and dusting of chairs; moving chairs to vacuum underneath tables. We make sure your home is cob webbed well. We cob web your ceilings and in corners around your window sills.
BEDROOMS: We dust areas of your bedrooms and all furniture including windowsills and baseboards. While vacuuming bedrooms, we clean under your bed as well as possible. Your blinds are dusted well when cleaning; some blinds could lead to higher costs depending on the condition of the blinds. Tops of your fan blades in all rooms are dusted as well as possible.
On your scheduled day of cleaning, please have items (clothes & toys) off the floor so the cleaning crew can clean better. This makes their job a little easier and can make your home more enjoyable and sparkling clean! Cob webbing of all rooms and dusting of picture frames is covered in our house cleaning. We change your bed linens (stripping of sheets) for a slightly higher cost.
LIVING ROOMS: In your living room or family rooms, we dust and vacuum all areas of the floor. We use oil or polish on furniture when you require it. We can also vacuum chairs or sofas when needed.
BATHROOMS: We leave your bathrooms smelling fresh and clean which means;
sanitizing from top to bottom. All areas of your counter tops are cleaned which includes
moving items to clean and cabinets are spot cleaned. Your showers and bathtubs are
scrubbed well to remove mildew or soap scum. All areas of your toilets are sprayed down and toilet bowls are cleaned using a pumice stone when needed. Bathroom floors are swept and mopped including your baseboards.
SPRING CLEANING: We do a complete job of cob webbing your home from top to bottom, including areas around windows. Washing of your kitchen and bathrooms; cabinets inside and out plus vacuuming all drawers are covered in our spring clean. Our cleaning includes applying polish to your cabinets when needed. Washing or dusting of your baseboards in your home is done as well as spot cleaning of your walls when needed. We clean and dust light fixtures or ceiling fans. Cleaning of your windows in your home is covered when requested.
EXTRA REQUESTSasked of workers at time of cleaning is not covered unless you notify the company ahead of time. All work is written on work orders and given to the cleaners before your cleaning day. Please call ahead if you need to change or add any areas of concern
to your home.
Your payment is due at the time of cleaning. If no check is left, we will not be able to clean for you. Please no bouncing of checks; this could mean an extra charge will be added onto your next scheduled cleaning or could result to cash only payment.
Please let us know if you need to change or cancel your cleaning appointment. If you need to change your appointments; please notify us 24 hours before your next cleaning date.
